Refund Policy

Replacements

Any compound that arrives damaged, mislabeled, or fails Certificate of Analysis verification will be replaced or refunded in full. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened vials.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to payment confirmation. Once payment is received and the order ships, the standard policy applies.
