Dispatch timeline
Orders confirmed (payment received) by 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Otherwise next-day dispatch.
Cold chain
All compounds dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging with validated ice packs (72-hour stability).
Domestic (US)
1–3 business days via overnight or 2-day carriers. Tracking provided.
International
3–7 business days via DHL Express. Customs paperwork pre-cleared for research compounds.
Lost or damaged
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for free reshipment or refund.
